#155 RED FLAME BOWL – Debra May uses blown glass to achieve the “perfect” shape and then manipulates the surface by sand-carving and cutting on the diamond saw. She uses exotic jewel colors, sandblasting and acid etching to achieve the carved look of each individual piece. Her work reflects the colors and mood of the southwest.
